GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation became law on 25th May 2018, replacing the Data Protection Act 1998. St Michael's School's Data Protection Officer is Carole Brown (Integra Services), and the Data Controller for the school is the Headteacher, Pete Barnard. Day-to-day issues are coordinated by the School Business Manager, Lorraine Perham.
In order to comply with the new regulation, we have conducted a thorough review of our data procedures and processes. Our policies relating to data protection have been revised, and additional policies and procedures adopted.
