School Council
The School Council plays an important part of the life of the school. Each class from Year 2 upwards elects a member of the class to represent the class' views. School Council normally meets with Mr Barnard or Mrs Prendergast three or four times every term.
Last year some of the topics of discussion were:
- New Play areas in the school, including choosing the final designs. These should be built during the summer holidays ready for September.
- Budget priorities: what children think we should spend additional money on next year
- Questions to ask prospective Headteachers
